HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! AMAZING customer service. I had issues with pool companies cancelling on me with my liner change, which meant I had to cancel the water truck on 3 occasions. He understood and was so polite. Eventually we had to get a new pool and I waited till I knew they were committed to coming on that day. I only gave Harms a 24 hour notice and he was still willing to make it work due to my scenario. Once the pool was installed we called him and he was able to squeeze us in within the hour after the install was done. He was so understanding and flexible. We worked with then 6 years ago and the service they provide hasn't changed. Impeccable!! I will 100% be using them again in a few years when I need a new liner to refill my pool since I am on a well. Thank you so much again!!!! Best service ever!!!
